Order process

We process orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or via EFT.

EFT orders will only be processed once the payment clears in our bank account.

Delivery Policy

SugarDots delivers using a 3rd party courier company. Orders are delivered during their normal operating hours which is usually Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. SugarDots does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays unless by prior arrangement.

Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times (business days) after day of dispatch:

  • Johannesburg and Pretoria – 1-2 days
  • Durban – 2-3 days
  • Cape Town – 2-4 days
  • Other major cities – 2-4 days
  • Outlying areas – 3 -7 days

On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive a SugarDots Tax Invoice showing the items delivered, the delivery fees and the total amount paid. 

Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from SugarDots!

If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order within 7 days for a full exchange or credit note. There are no cash refunds, a credit note will be issued for your next purchase. 

Please return the goods to: B5 The Stables, 13 3rd Road Linbro Park, Johannesburg, 2065.
A credit note will be issued or items will be exchanged providing that the Product is un-used; un-opened; is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Goods returned to SugarDots are at your own expense.

We work hard to maintain very high quality standards for all our SugarDots products. However in the event if you do receive a faulty or damaged product we will replace or give you a refund (including the original delivery charge if applicable).
